EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF REGRET

Repentance or giving up

We offer a period of 7 calendar days for returns in case of regret or withdrawal, counting from the date of receipt of the product, to submit the refund request, following the rules of the Consumer Protection Code.

To use the right to regret or withdraw, the product must be sent in its original packaging, with no signs of use, with product tags and labels, accompanied by all items included in the order.

Exchanges and returns must be communicated to the Ame Ousar Boutique call center, before any procedure, by email comercial@ameousarboutique.com

Ame Ousar reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns if any of the items mentioned above do not meet the requested standards. Therefore, resending shipping will be charged.

Exchange of defective products

Ame Ousar offers customers 30 calendar days, after receiving the product, to exchange defective products, following the rules of the Consumer Protection Code.

An analysis will be carried out on the product, once the defect is found, a new part, identical to the product purchased, will be sent to the customer. A credit can be generated for the value of the product to be exchanged and a new purchase can be made in our online store. The shipping costs for returning the defective product will be borne by Ame Ousar. In case of a negative review, the customer will have the same product sent, and shipping will be charged.

Ame Ousar reserves the right not to cancel the purchase or repair the product that clearly shows signs of misuse.

Change model, part or size

Ame Ousar gives you the right to exchange within 7 calendar days, after receiving the product, to change the model, part or size. If the customer is interested, a credit can be generated and another purchase can be made in our online store.

If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, a credit will be generated in the value of the product to be exchanged for a new purchase. If it is greater, the customer will be charged the difference.

In the first exchange, the cost of sending the piece back to Ame Ousar is at our expense. We will send you a postage code for you to send by post, free of charge. In case of a second exchange, shipping will be borne by the customer.

In case of return via delivery service

If we have a return from the competent delivery service, resulting from deliveries not being made due to “invalid address”, “unknown recipient”, “moved”, “owner not found” or similar situation, the return shipping will be the responsibility customer, even if the purchase was made with free shipping.

Refund of values

To refund payments made by credit card, the refund of amounts can occur up to two invoices after the refund request, following the rules and policies of the card operators, counting from the date of analysis response of the returned product, in cases of giving up or regretting.

To refund amounts paid by bank slip, the refund to the current account will be made within 30 working days, counting from the date of response to analysis of the returned product, in cases of withdrawal or regret.

Exchange completion deadline

The deadline for completing product exchanges communicated to our Customer Service Center is thirty calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise at our distribution center.
